DAN THE DEMON
BY EESHA BARJATYA AND HER
COUSIN SUYASH
Dan is the demon of this land,
He has soap on his head and glue on his hand.
He has a dirty pin in his weird weird nose,
He has two knives stuck on his stinky stinky toes.
He has five five magic wands,
He calls them Colly, Molly, Tolly, Wolly and Tonds.
He has three lovely lovely friends,
Their names are Tam, Bam and Grends.
Dan is the demon of this country,
His father works in an industry, and his name is
Tantry.
His mum’s name is Candy,
He even has a nanny.
He eats spiders day by day,
He eats spiders by the bay.
Dan is the demon of his home,
He has two clever brothers who are as tiny as a comb.
He has three big sisters,
And a dumb little cat,
Who is afraid of her own kittens,
And what do you think of that?
Yuck! Once I had seen him,
Really its true!
And when I smelt his hand,
It smelt like the worlds most disgusting glue!
Then he showed me his treasure,
That from his part was kind,
But it was all dirty and old,
I said this in my mind.
Then he showed me his house,
I did not like the dirty rice,
And his wife was wearing torn clothes,
She seemed to think it is nice.
Dan wears frocks and hairbands,
And shares them with his friends,
Though Tam and Bam like them,
They are too babyish for Grends!
